if we receive no colour or font choice on your note for personalization, we will use a white font we deem appropriate for your personalization
We aim to dispatch within 1 – 2 business days (unless we are yet to receive personalisation info from you). We post by Standard 2nd class (which isn’t trackable) and the delivery speed is really in the hands of Royal mail once posted.
A faster guaranteed option is also available. For this service, orders received on Monday for example is posted on Tuesday and will be with you by Wednesday
